Pam Renoata


Events Manager (Diversity and Inclusion), BBC
From staging major festivals for Europe’s largest local authority to creating intimate internal events for the BBC, Pam Renoata has been designing and delivering impactful experiences for over fifteen years.

Currently the BBC’s events lead for the Diversity and Inclusion team, Pam is responsible for shaping the D&I events strategy for a 20,000 strong workforce. Her extensive events career has seen her welcome thousands of people to her events including royalty and Hollywood stars.

Pam is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and is one of the BBC’s LGBTQ+ allies, as well as an ‘Interview Champion’ to ensure greater diversity on interview panels and a mentor to individuals from minority groups. A champion for mental health and wellbeing, Pam is also a trained Mental Health First Aider.

When she’s not managing events Pam is busy organising her three young boys.
